Accepted Answer

$8.99 per unit per month for 1–10 units, $7.99 for 11–50, and $7.49 for 51–200 (plus GST/HST). Pay yearly and save 10%. Over 200 units, contact us.

Question 9

Is there a minimum monthly charge?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The minimum is $36.00 per month per Condo Corporation (plus GST/HST). Smaller buildings pay the minimum; larger ones pay per unit.

Question 10

Can Flatflo do the admin for us?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Add Admin Assistance for $4.38 per unit per month on top of your platform fee (plus GST/HST), with no separate add-on minimum. The base platform minimum of $36.00 still applies. Our team prepares condo fees, processes invoices and helps with bank reconciliation. Your committee still approves every payment; Flatflo never holds building money.
