What is self-managed strata?
A self-managed strata scheme is run by its owners, through an elected committee, instead of a paid strata manager. The committee still has the same jobs a manager would do: collecting levies, holding meetings, keeping records, insuring the building and following state rules. Flatflo takes most of that work off your plate, so volunteers aren't buried in admin.
Flatflo supports New South Wales, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania, the ACT and the Northern Territory. Victoria is coming soon.
You've got a day job. Flatflo handles the rest.
Most committee members never signed up to be accountants or legal experts. Flatflo keeps things simple, so looking after your building takes minutes, not evenings.
